Care instructions

As our yarn is hand dyed, some bleeding may occur in the first couple of washes so we recommend hand washing separately with wool wash. Please note that colours may vary slightly from pictured due to the hand dyed process and each skein is individual. If using more than 1 skein, we suggest alternating every 2 or 3 rows due to variations in colour. Please do not rely 100% on picture. Please send us a message if any questions. Thanks!

Returns and Exchanges

We do not normally except returns and exchanges, however, it you have a problem with your order please contact us, and we will do our best to fix it.

Shipping

We ship as economically as possible. If we find your shipping charges are less than we estimated, we will refund you the difference. We ship by standard Canada Post mail.

If you require tracking or insurance, please let us know and we will obtain an estimate for you. We are not responsible for any lost parcels, unless they are tracked and insured. If you are worried about your parcels being lost in the mail, please choose the insured and tracked shipping option, or contact us to obtain insurance and tracking.

Processing and shipping time varies between products. In stock skeins will take 2-4 days for us to ship out, and dyed to order kits up to 3 weeks. Please allow sufficient time for packages to arrive. Within Canada and the United States allow up to 2 weeks, and Internationally up to a month. In high volume shipping times like Christmas, please allow extra time. If you have any concerns about your packages do not hesitate to contact us.

 Custom and personalized orders

If you request a custom order, pricing and shipping will be determined upon receiving the custom order request. We require 1-3 weeks to prepare custom orders. 

For these orders, we cannot except returns or exchanges.
